Item didn’t ship for weeks and then was lost in delivery. Tiltas customer support is trash.

When we buy non cheap products we put our trust in Amazon and the seller, when that product is defected the seller should take care of it not asking the buyer to contact someone else.

Horrible product - Tilta is like playing Russian roulette
This is the 4th “pro” product I’ve purchased through Tilta in a time frame of two years out of 8 products that has been defective. That’s right folks, 50% chance their gear works or doesn’t. On the rs advanced handle, The front controls work, the focus dial and on off switch does not. Tilta support cares little for their loyal customers, and encourages buyers to take it up with the vendor who sold the order. Be warned.

A must have
The button layout is a little different than you'd expect. The power button is where the trigger should be so you're constantly hitting this at first haha. Battery solution needs improved for more compatibility but all in all, a great product.
