2nd one that does not work!!!
This is so disappointing. I am able to understand model numbers, This product advertised it would work my Resperonics compressor. It not only did not work with it, it drained the charge. Save your $ look elsewhere. My 1st one the prongs got stuck in the machine and I have read this also happened to at least one other purchaser. If I could have I would have have given it no stars or negative stars.

2nd day the pins broke out of the dongle
Cord worked well but 2nd day 2 of the 4 pins on the dongle pulled out and stayed in the machine

In less than two months, the adapter stopped working. Save your money and buy somewhere else. No way to get in touch with the seller.

Defective product
I have been trying to get an exchange for my defective charger for my oxygen supply. I cannot go to work till this is taken care of.No luck contacting seller. Won’t accept a refund either 😡
