I use these capsules for taking GSE and essential oils for gut health. They are easy to fill and easy to swallow.

I have pills that irritate my tummy so I got these for a delayed release and they work perfectly.

In Hua’s article (2020) [1], the importance of the gastrointestinal tract’s pH is explained when considering enteric capsules. For instance, some enteric capsules will dissolve quickly (e.g., 10 minutes) in a medium with a pH of 7 (e.g., distilled water), but, depending on the type of enteric capsule, will take about 60 minutes or more to dissolve in a medium with a pH of 1.5 (e.g., as found in the human stomach).These enteric capsules dissolve in about 60 minutes in a medium with a pH of 2.5 (e.g., white vinegar).__________________________Reference[1] Hua S (2020). I'm not sure why. Is it because of bad packaging, or is it bad manufacturing but the caps are not really round. It's as if they were under something heavy or maybe the material is not good. When you put the two ends together to close the capsules, you can clearly sense that it is not a perfect sphere. So, I wonder if it can really be acid resistant or not.
