Very basic quality. Refills are not unscented.
2.5 rating. Very basic quality and scent control knob is loose.The biggest issue is the 12 refills are not unscented. They have chemical like airfreshner smell.

Not exactly as described,
2 issues,1- the attaching clips of one are loose. Had to tighten the same.2- The sticks were supposed to be unscented, they are pre scented, in scents that i do not like or want.
