This was a Christmas present for my-self. After carving up our Thanksgiving turkey, I realized that I needed a better knife for our Christmas Prime rib roast. This knife worked great. It has a good solid in the hand feel. It is a well quality knife.

This knife looks to be as described. It is a gift for my son’s bday . Have not used it thus far . Package & knife look well made & well presented.

Had to replace an old set (handles were not welded in, plastic like bonding material in handles chipping out after 15 years of use) which I liked.I used this to cut beef in cubes for a stew recipe. Very sharp, riveted handle. The handle is squared, which forces your last 2 fingers into a secure grip so you are holding it at a proper angle as you cut. Love this knife.

Great knife 9 in . Full tang. Good feel on hands. Very sharp.

We used the knife on our Thanksgiving turkey and it worked well. Very sharp and strong. No problem cutting through thighs or wings. Recommend this to all turkey carvers!

Bought just before thanksgiving last year and so far impressed. The knife comes razor sharp from the factory, is able to cut down through the joints and give a nice clean edge. Will be using this every year and giving it a sharpening before storing it for the next year.

Has a great feel, is sharp, and cuts through items effortlessly.
