Good value for the price.
Lighter than my previous Rigid Drill. I hope it holds up as long. Price was good for the what they wanted.

Driver is ok for typical drill work
Luckily this is Ridgid and The Country Butler WAS recognized as authorized for their lifetime service guarantee. I'm still giving this five stars because for what it is, it's a good drill. Don't expect to drive in heavy materials together, for that you'd need powerful impact drill. Mine came in with a chuck that was apparently bent on the inside which separated from the driver, but that was Ridgid's own doing and Ridgid corrected it speedily. Will buy from The Country Butler again, their service was very responsive and pleasant.

Bad battery,
I've never bought a battery operated tool that didn't have some kind of charge on it when I got it.So I put it on the charger for several hrs. Charger would flash red for a few seconds then go to a solid green light. So , it should be good to go. I put it in the drill,nothing happened!I called the seller, and as requested sent text with pic of the uses label.I'm waiting for a tracking number of a replacement battery.More to follow as it unfoldsReplacement battery is being shipped.
