While these are meant for cake prep, I use these when I grow my own wheatgrass. I use square trays and use these in place of awful foil to capture any water leaks when I water my wheatgrass. I wish I'd purchased these long ago, they are wonderfully amazing. I love them. A tad expensive, but hell, they've already paid for themselves. Truly, these are perfection. Perfect size, perfection functionality, perfect everything.

I was looking for trays to use with my dehydrators. I use them daily. All the fruit roll up sheets fell short. They simply don’t hold much liquid. With these, I can dehydrate eggs, soup broth, etc. I love, love, love them. I have yet to find ANY food that will stick to them. Clean up - rinse with soap and water. Just buy them if you have a dehydrator. You’ll be glad you did.Update two years later:It’s been two years since I started using these trays in my dehydrators. Still in love with them. I frequently dehydrate liquids to make powders (milk, gravies, eggs, juices) and the high sides make it so easy. I have yet to find anything comparable to these. Most fruit roll up trays on the market have a small lip and can’t hold a lot of liquid. With these, I can dehydrate a lot more liquid. Takes a little longer to dry but I don’t care. I use them daily and they still look the same as the day I bought them. If you dehydrate liquids you need these.

Got for wax melt crumbles

This mat fits perfectly in my Cuisinart 65 Air Fryer. It goes under my basket so clean up is so much easier. This flexible mat goes right into the dishwasher! I downgraded it one star because it stains easily. I have black stains on it that will not come off because of something cooking and dripping down. I have hand scrubbed and power washed it but the stains are still there. I really don't care about that myself as this lives in my air fryer. If you were using it for other purposes though, you might not like dark stains. This mat makes my life a little easier when I cook.

Nice size works great in a dehydrator

It works exactly as intended. I only wish it came in a dark brown or black color because after it becomes stained by the heat, it looks nasty and the stain is permanent.

I have a Cuisinart oven, toaster, air fryer, and the sheet that goes under the air fryer basket gets ridiculously dirty and it’s very hard to clean. I ordered this, even though I thought the size was off a little bit, but when I received it, it fit sheet perfectly. I am so happy that I ordered it. It was exactly what I needed plus it arrived quickly and is a high-quality item.

My cake came out purrfect! Not sure why I read in the reviews that this pan melted. Fyi 4 those that obviously do not use common sense . silicone pans still need 2 b placed on top of a flat oven pan. You cant just put this pan in the oven alone on the rack it just doesn't make sense as its floppy and its silicone duhhh. My swiss rolls come out purrfect . Actually 2 perfect . Need 2 leave 4 20 minutes instead of 25 or it gets 2 baked 2 roll. Highly recommend and will b ordering in all sizes !
