Greatsold real.
I have been using this real for over a year now. I fish out of the Gulf of Mexico, and the reel is priced right where you want it. The drag is smooth, and gears give you power, speed, and a handle to crank in a fish. This last week, I pulled in a 40+ lb bull red with several lines wrapped around mine reeling in against me, while I was on a pier. At the time I did not know, I thought it was a Shark considering how much I got spooled. That takes me to another factor,Braided line with a line per handle turn of 53 inches. The 26lb Max drag is not bad, it is in the middle.50/40065/31580/240

Bail NOT closing when I start to reel.
Can someone PLEASE tell me if the bail on this reel is supposed to close when you start reeling after casing? This is the second reel I have bought and both bails would not close after casting when I startto reel.

Broke handle
I was reeling up two small snappers and the handle broke. I ended up having to hand line 100+ feet. I would not recommend.
