Good Product
Had some digestive issues and not been able to have probiotics. But these were good. Large spectrum and good quantity. Immediately noticed an improvement after a couple of days. Will definitely buy again.

Much improved bowel movements.
Within days my bowel movements improved and have continued to be more normal after years of issues. The multiple varieties of bacteria is important. Other 'higher dose' tablets often only have 2 varieties. There is 2500 million of each of the 14 varieties totalling 35 billion not 35 million as claimed in another review. Good value price too. I have since reordered. From my experience I can recommend this product without hesitation. Although everyone is different and what works for one person may not work for another depending on their condition.

Horrible side effects, beware!
I am a doctor in the UK and took the capsules to improve gut flora. I had horrible side effects for two consecutive nights, barely slept, had bloating and abdominal pain. I did not change my diet or introduced anything else besides the capsules. I would not recommend this product to anyone, you would do well to avoid it .

title says 35 billion...buy the description 35 million, this is a joke right?
