Very Uncomfortable To Wear, If You Have Thicker Wrists
I like the idea of using accupressure instead of meds, but if you have thicker wrists, these Aculief Accupressure Bracelets, to help relieve nausea are pretty tight. I realize that they can't be loose for them to work correctly, but are they supposed to leave marks on your wrists, which on my wrists they do?They just are too tight, for me to feel comfortable, for me to be able to wear them. I feel like they are cutting off my circulation!

Effective
If you believe in acupuncture, acupressure is in the same arena. Pressing the buttons on these bracelets over pressure points in the wrist actually does produce some relief from stomach upset. It's such an easy, non-invasive approach. And wearing the bracelets is a reminder to occasionally press the points you find produce the best results. Certainly worth giving a try given the price and ease of use.

Helpful for motion sickness not for morning sickness
We got these hoping they would help with pregnancy morning sickness. Not really. But are pretty helpful for motion sickness.

Works as well as Dramamine for me
I’ve been using these bracelets for years to help easy my motion sickness. They work just as well as Dramamine, though you end up saving money by going this route. I was skeptical at first, but now I always make sure to keep these on-hand. The band stretches so that it fits comfortably, without cutting off circulation. It will easily fit numerous different wrist widths.
