It puts out a nice amount of air, one caveat ...
When I tried to change the angle of the fan, it tipped over backwards. There's definitely not enough weight in the base. But I liked it enough not to return it, but instead found a solution. I grabbed a bunch of metal washers and taped them to the base as ballast. Now it doesn't tip over, and it's quieter.

I was blown away!
The media could not be loaded. This little thing sits on my nightstand perfectly. My boyfriend laughed when I opened it and said it was going to be junk and not do much because it was so small. He was very wrong. On it's highest setting, you can feel it across a 15 ft room! I've had larger fans that didn't work close to this good. My dog loves it as well. She lays on the bed in front of it all the time 😄 her hair gets sucked into the fan but this thing is so easy to clean, which is another reason I like this item. Just pop the front face plate off and wipe clean, snap back on and voila! Good as new 🙂

Perfect For My Workplace!
This little fan has proven to be an excellent purchase for my workplace comfort! I work in an emergency dispatch center & we rotate seats each shift, but this fan is holding up excellent. It’s rare that I use more than low speed directed at my face from an arms length away, but it moves a LOT of air. Most importantly, this fan is ultra quiet even on medium or high speed which is critical in my workplace. Additionally, due to us rotating seats each shift this fan is handled a lot and it’s holding up excellent to the bumps & bangs of being moved from console to locker and back to another console each day—including the cord and USB connector holding up well. I could not be more pleased with this purchase.

Great little fan with good air output!
Being in a typical work environment, folks are usually “freezing” in summer and I tend to run really hot. I thought a small fan would work and it does! This little guy might be small but has great air flow & it’s quiet enough where it won’t bother anyone. It plugs right into the USB so I don’t have to worry about batteries or charging. I don’t know if there’s any battery ability, though. The only “issue” (which really isn’t an issue) but the stand is lightweight and on the highest setting sometimes the strength of the fan knocks the fan over, but on the medium setting it’s perfect. Definitely perfect for the desktop! I’d buy this again

READ IF CONCERNED ABOUT BASE BEING TOO LIGHT.
This little fan is a decent deal considering its price and performance. Yes, its very light weight and nothing you'll want to abuse so dont buy it for a child or it wont last long. Some reviewers mentioned that their fan isnt a 3 speed. Mine is. Ill be using it along with a couple of other small fans to help circulate air conditioned air around my motorhome this summer. Using less than an Amp of power to operate, this fan will also work well with my solar power system which is where 95% of my electrical power comes from. HELPFUL HINT HERE! Some reviewers complain that these fans fall over too easily because the base doesnt weigh enough. Their complaints are valid but very easily rectified. The bases on these fans are hollow and not covered. This means that you can put anything that will fit up inside the base to give it more weight and make the fan much more stable. Cut a small block of wood to fit or fill the base with epoxy. Use your imagination! Personally, I took a round, donut magnet that I salvaged from a dead microwave and secured it up inside the base. Such a magnet is a near perfect fit. Not only does the weight of the magnet make the fan very stable sitting on my table, I can also "stick" the fan on any vertical, horizontal or even upside down metal surface. The fans light weight is an advantage in this scenario since it wont dislodge from the metal surface no matter how many bumps I hit. To secure the magnet into the base, again-use your imagination. Use a glue gun or a large diameter washer, or whatever else you can think of. Ill post pics of what I did. My version allows easy removal of the magnet but I think securing the magnet more permanently is the way to go so Ill probably do so later today.
