Good for watercolor cards
The card is like a postcard, one sheet of watercolor paper, with a regular thin envelope. The paper is good quality. I hand-painted watercolor Christmas cards and everyone loved them! Fun activity!

Great Quality - Expectations Fulfilled
These cards are excellent quality and handle the watercolor superbly. I'm very pleased with them. I wish the envelopes were self-adhesive, but that's just a personal preference. If you are looking for "regular" greeting cards that fold and can contain a message inside, these are not what you want. But for doing small paintings -- to sell or give as gifts -- these are great. You can paint on one side and still write a message on the back if you choose. I definitely plan to order more of them.

These are heavy paper and are great for making greeting cards using watercolor. Perfect for kids to make cards for family and friends.

Great card stock!
These are good for watercolor painting. Nothing like making your own cards for the special people in your life! These will stand up to “water on water” painting.

Depends How You Want To Use These Note Cards...
The only papers I have used for watercolor paintings over the years are the Arteza blank cards and envelopes, Arches 140 Cold Press tablets, or handmade sheets. Arteza was not available when I needed to order cards and this card appeared similar to both papers. However, it does not give similar results or have a quality appearance. Here are the differences I found. 1) The envelopes do not come close to matching the paper in quality or color. 2) It is very difficult to tell which is the rough side of the paper. 3) The paper buckles and requires taping down for most paintings. Given these issues, this card is 1) Much less expensive. 2) Handles wet on wet if taped. 3) Handled very light scrubbing. I am glad I didnt try these cards when new to watercolor painting as I think I would have been discouraged with the results. However, it could be useful for practice, swatching, or an inexpensive option for" everyday" note cards. If Arteze, is unavailable in the future, I will cut up my Arches paper.

Nice size and it includes deviled emvelopes too.
I’m just beginning my adventures in watercolor painting, so using this size is great. Texture is nice and paper is well made. I’ll keep ordering these. Best value on Amazon!
