I have been planting seeds for 50 years. I have 4 plants coming up after a week and a half. They appeared to be old seeds dried out.

I’ve grown these from seed plenty of times but this batch of seeds did not even germinate. I was really shocked. Would not purchase again. Not sure what’s going on with the parent plant.
