Have been using Arnica, with good results, for some time but always much more expensive than this one. This was my second purchase and find it is very effective, absorbs well, never “sticky”, and has a nice fresh smell. And in addition no excess packaging.

Good size and good quality but only for temporary relief. It works very rapidly.

You can either use this right out of the packet, or you can decant it into a pump bottle, whichever you prefer, but older, less nimble people might struggle with the weight when it's new. I'm ok to hold it and squeeze it onto my knees.The gel sinks in quickly and doesn't leave a sticky residue on the skin, so I think it is good quality.It has a delicate vanilla scent, to my mind, but I don't have the best sense of smell, so others may disagree and you should probably take more notice of them than me.I love arnica and won't be without it since discovering it over 20 years ago, brilliant if you have children.

great refill because i always run out of the 50ml tubs, got a lot of product for the price with this pouch
