This is supposed to be for serious workouts. I'm 84, and just trying to keep the arthritic joints moving, but this stuff really helps my energy level.

Helps with chemotherapy induced neuropathy.
I use this product because due to neuropathy from chemotherapy. Oncologist recommended this product along with b vitamins. I know it works for me because if I skip a couple of days the neuropathy returns.

Good for GI
I have used 4 caps / day but i intend to reduce the dosage to 2 caps. These are effective and works great both as pre and post work out.
