I have ordered this numerous times. It works great.

I have tried pill after pill. An entire cabinet of failed supplements, prescription drugs, and healing remedies. My entire life’s mission has been to fight (in the figurative sense) Whether fighting whatever’s wrong with me, fighting against things that are wrong around me, or fighting with my body to cooperate.It wasn’t entire I took a complete inventory of symptoms that I finally could see the problem. Anxiety wasn’t the cause, it was a symptom. A symptom of the fight. And so was hair loss, a weird posture, constipation that wouldn’t let up for WEEKS. A scale that wouldn’t move no matter how much I absolutely murdered my body at the gym. Skin that hyper inflamed from the slightest inconvenience. And the worst - my body wanted to fall over from a lack of slack - but then refused to sleep. Years of this. And more than 100 doctors, 10 therapists, and 4 failed relationships.All of these individual issues - I viewed and treated them as individual causes instead of a combined list of symptoms. Lexapro for anxiety, laxatives for constipation, bendryl for sleep. The pill list goes on.Until one day, Dr Google suggested high cortisol. And it hit me like a bag of bricks. Day 1 of taking 600mg, I knew this was it. Day 2- 300mg just didn’t hit like I needed it to. Tried a reduction but no. Day 4 - my body became capable of feeling joy. Joy! A brand new emotion to me. And this drive to fight, in hopes that this next win will be the breakthrough that fixes everything, has disappeared entirely.There was a time that I would very easily looked at myself today thought “I’ve wasted 33 years of my life feeling like that”. As much as I was “over it” and “healed” (ignored it and compartmentalized it) my body was clearly still stuck there. Now, it’s so obvious. Looking back, it makes so much sense.Ymmv. But for me, game changer, life altering, the one and only thing I’ll ever put on subscription delivery. This is exactly what I needed to live. TO LIVE. And living - I truly, in the deepest part of me, want to! I want to live!

I have used the NOW brand of Phosphytidylserene for years. I do notice that when I am taking the capsule regularly I have better mental clarity. I also know that the NOW company does testing on both their own product and other brand products to confirm the strength of supplements. This is done with in-house testing and also with at least 3 other independent labs.

Helps to focus and was recommended to lower cortisol levels. I was sleeping better but the MCT oil was to much for me.Also was only able to get this in the states not Canada, and it never arrived so I asked for a refund

The media could not be loaded. I ADORE this product!!!! For absorption purposes (and to help me sleep) I like to take two softgels with an evening meal or snack. Helps me sleep much more deeply, more soundly, and not wake up as much. Never want to go without this again!!!

I've tried numerous PS (phosphatidyl serine) supplements before, and this softgel works the fastest and more effectively of anything else, including capsules, and non-soy versions. I've used this specific brand and softgel for about 15 years. I'll never be without it!When my brain fog starts bothering me (I used to have aphasia, and once in a while, I have a hard time finding words), I take one capsule. Within minutes my thinking clears up, and my brain works like it's supposed to. (I'm 50, so it's supposed to work just fine.)Now I'm curious to see if it also helps boost my mood - my nutritionist recommended PS as one thing to try.
