Love it! I have lived 8 years in my home & our family room in the basement & had no toilet down there. It’s a long way to the closest toilet in the house. This is a game changer. It is very quiet & is easy to install. I wish I would have known about it & gotten it sooner. After helping a friend install it is allot easier than you’d think. Worth every penny! I would recommend this to everyone that needs a toilet in the basement, out in the garage anywhere you need a toilet that has electricity.The only CON is the toilet seat. In the video on how to install they have a different seat installation which is much better then the cheap way it is now. You can adjust the seat front to back but the seat moves left to right with no way of keeping it in one place. So I rigged it so it can’t move left to right. They need to rethink the seat installation. Now it stays in place.It’s been a few weeks & still the only complaint I have it the very very cheap toilet seat. It has this burr in the front inside the seat. (Photo attached) When I find another seat I’ll be replacing it.The manufacturer needs to know not only men buy these toilets. Also they need to fix the die that stamps the seats. Women are also skilled tradespersons too!

The media could not be loaded. We ordered this toilet and coordinating pump for our basement bathroom reno and it works PERFECTLY. It allowed us to have an easy plumbing solution to get water from our toilet, tub and shower, and sink up to our septic line. It flushes well and hasn’t leaked. It was easy to install and the noise is audible but not ridiculous. The height of the toilet makes it comfortable and it looks nice too.

I have hired three plumbers that have experience with rear flush toilets to install this toilet. Not one of them could connect this toilet to the drain. The piping does not fit US piping standards. It leaks making it useless. A waste of money and time.

Lack of Information instructions could have be written better, all an all its in and works and hope it turns out to be a good product?

Glad I was able to find this toilet for the pricing I got it for! We have been looking for a macerating toilet to put in our basement that didn't require more money than what we have spent so far with putting a bathroom in the basement. It's very convenient because you don't have to bust the floor up in the basement or dig the ground up for running pipes. We just have a few more things to finalize the bathroom but the toilet is working great. Only issue was the plastic brackets that came with it. There easy to break better if they were metal. Customer service is great for this company and they replied to my questions very quickly and they did not give me any issues about the brackets. Again great deal!

I bought this because I moved into my garage and needing a bathroom. Install was fairly easy—- hired a plumber and they charged $350 but when you flush, this toliet is very loud and makes a loud noise randomly every few hours. It scares the crap out of me. Design wise it’s very sleek and simple and seems to be built fairly well.

The product was easy to install. There were clear instructions provided. This was a DIY job. I am not a plumber, but by watching youtube I was able to install this pump and toilet. The product was priced right. It came with all the parts you needed.
