SensaSwitch Automatic Water Tank Level Control Model-AOLC-1 (for up to 2 Hp Pump Motor) with Water Sensor

Since I started using the gadget, my life has been much easier because it senses the water level and smoothly starts and stops the water pump. I've been using it for more than six months. The support team is also really beneficial. Overall, the performance is excellent value for the money.

Writing this review after one year use. They have created proper videos for installation and testing of device so if you pay little effort you can do it yourself. Apart from device you need a 3 wire cable from device till water tank to connect sensors. After doing all this device worked like a charm and we never worried about filling water tank unil recently when device stopped working suddenly but luckily there were 4 days remaining in warranty expire so I called for support. The guy on the other end was very supportive and asked me to perform few checks post which it was confirmed that this was the issue with device only. He asked me to send the broken device to sensaswitch(I had to bear the postal cost) and I got new device which I installed and it is again working fine. This whole process took around 2 weeks. Support was good in my case but my confidence in device has gone down little bit. It should work minimum 4-5 years without any issues. I'll update my post again if I face any further issues.

The switch doesn't work and their support doesn't respond. Never dare buying this brand. I will update my review if issue is resolved by the team. Hope seeing this review they wake up.Update: seller informed no refund for no working product sent as they believe it will be a loss for them. Kudos!
