For our dancer-daughter, these have done the trick - even fitting into shallow TOMS shoes! They prevent her overpronation (ankles roll in when taking a step) and they keep her feet alligned and walking in a straight path. Less complaints from her about foot, ankle, and leg pain these days too! Our pediatrician recommended these as a first step before resorting to custom fit orthotics...it was a good idea, great solution, an good value! (tie them up in a plastic grocery bag and put in freezer overnight if they get stinky!)

This fits as expected. However, this adds width and height to his foot/shoe - and causes his already wide sneakers to fit tighter.

I wear the adult female size of this brand of insole. The price on amazon was great compared to what I pay at the Dr.'s office when I pick mine up. These were purchased for an 8 year old and fit perfectly. They are sturdy and comfortable inside his shoes. He was having ankle pain due to unsupported arches. He has had improvement and is running with no ankle pain since using these inserts.

This product had been opened and used insoles that were the wrong size placed in them. Buyer beware. Only rated 1 star because it was required.

My son has flat feet like his dad. Dad wears an insole that is custom. But for my son, we were looking for something for him but he is only 7 and his feet are growing. We were on our way to Disney every time we are in the parks my son cry about his feet. The true test to these was in the parks. He says they feel good and his feet don’t hurt. We have a friend that works for a company that makes insole she looked at these and say these will help. Great buy for us.

These turned my child's white shoes red. Really really red. It bled up the heel and up the sides so now every white pair of sock she wore with her white Air Forces are red now too. With so many colors in the rainbow, why red? Smh
