This is great soil!!
It’s really a different texture than regular potting soil, i really like it and am ordering more. My plants love it too. Come compacted and you just fluff it up. Great for patio plants!

Amazing product!
Lightweight, easy to manage from seed. Feeds well. I’m using (only) glee (no fillers or amendments) with 3 plants currently. None have had issues thus far. The oldest is 2 months. Easy to tell when plants need water. Difficult to over water.Maintains a solid ph for cannabis growth, and many other plants. Both pictures are of plants that I started in glee and only glee til present. 8-2-22 Royal Poinciana in the first, Mary J in the second.I started with a trial bag from the company in which I started a second cannabis seed as glee gave away a small pot with the trial. Wonderful company I must say as they communicate well via email and I’ve filled a survey out for a 20$ gift card I can use on whatever. Anyhow the cannabis seed I planted in glee surpassed my first cannabis seedling that was planted in sohum living soil a high times award winner.I’ve only got one issue with the glee bags. Opening one up to fill a small pot is quite difficult without a bucket or container to fill the pot up from. Something that doesn’t really need fixing. Other than that, give this stuff a try and don’t knock the product unless you truly have a green thumb.

Nice Planting Medium
I liked the lightness and ease of use. Especially for sowing outdoor wildflower seeds, it seems ideal. Doesn't get soggy, retains a nice level of moisture as near as I can tell. It made for a nice sprouting cushion for the seeds, and with regular yard soil underneath fertilized with compost and also dug fairly deeply, the seeds should do nicely. The one package covered the small area exactly as I envisioned. If you need more soil for a larger area, or for several pots or a big planter, I'd highly advise buying two or more bags. Reasonable price compared to some other major brands. I've never used coir before, so we'll have to wait and see on the ultimate outcome.

Way too much "wetting agent" (an un-necessary, un-wanted ingredient)
Positives:The bag always arrives intact, no holes; There have never been any fungus gnats in any of the bags of Glee that I have ever purchased; The product has no animal by-products, but does have some inorganic fertilizer so seedlings don't starve while waiting for weather to be right outside for transplant.Negatives: the last few batches have way, way, way too much "wetting agent," and really, I wish there were NO wetting agent added at all!I'm now having to spend more money on "chunky" sterile perlite just to make the Glee less of a "wet" hazard (wet pathogen breeding ground) for seeds and young seedlings.Innovators at Glee: we like that you're potting mix is more affordable and reliably has no fungus gnats, but could you please consider making a second option of your mix that has no wetting agent, and is more suitable for seed-starting, not just seedling plant-up or re-potting.There's definitely plenty of room in the indoor growing vegan and/or organic (no pesticide) "seed starting media" marketplace for a no-fugus-gnat, no added wetting agent, affordable seed starting mix. Glee, you've already got the tools and distributing network in place, and you now have brand recognition, so why not just tweak your mix, skip the "wetting agent," dial back the "heat" on your fertilizer amount, and make a "Seed Starting Mix" sister product to your already well know Glee potting mix? You could just change the color behind your name so consumers can readily identify the bags of "seed starting mix" from the original potting mix. Most of us would definitely buy BOTH products if both seed-starting and "original" potting mix options were available from you. You would not be cannibalizing your original product, you would be ADDING sales and adding customers (as pretty much ALL of us growers (home and pro) do both seed-starting, up-potting, transplanting, and re-potting.Veteran growers know how to maintain proper moisture levels for seeds and seedlings by using humidity domes and bottom (tray) watering only if/as necessary, but if the initially moistened media NEVER dries out, seeds tend to rot before they germinate, and seedlings become vulnerable to wet-soil pathogens. Most of us "old-timers" who have a tiny budget for seed starting and seedling media, are probably in the same boat now that our former "favorite," reliable brands of seed starting media have become too expensive to afford to ship if they are not available locally. Who has upwards of $35 or more for ONE bag of ff light warrior? Why hasn't the marketplace seen the demand for a quality ff lw alternative product to compete at a more affordable price?Well, I thought I had found the ideal, affordable and "no fungus gnat" replacement for ff lw when I got my initial batch of Glee, but as the product has gained popularity, it seems to have lost some quality control, as the last few bags have apparently had so much wetting agent, they virtually NEVER dry out....ever, eventually growing a green slime on top before this grower has had to add the first drop of water to the bottom tray. It's so frustrating. There are a lot of positives with Glee, but the "too wet" problem is really becoming a HUGE negative that's expensive to mitigate (with more "chunky" perlite). I've already lost 3 trays of brassica seeds to the "too wet" Glee media holding too much water for too long. (It's good for starting celery seeds though, to be fair, the celery seeds survived). Most of us can probably agree that fungus gnats are one of our biggest problems with most available and affordable indoor potting soils presently on the market. Well, I can tell you that NONE of the bags of Glee that I have ever purchased has ever had any fungus gnats, so they've nailed that.....but they really, really need to work on the too much wetting agent problem. I certainly can't afford any more losses with the "too wet" mix.If you're buying Glee, do yourself a favor, and order some perlite, pine bark fines, or bonsai mix at the same time to lighten it up and make sure your expensive seeds or seedlings don't drown or become prey to wet soil pathogens.

Great
I used both bags of these. They worked extremely well. Only things is, it's extremely dry. When planting use a little extra water. Wonderful to use. Everything grows quite well using this. No issues to list.

Kills plants
While it is light you will spend a lot more trying to save your plants. I replaced the soil in my wandering Jew, both my red and pink polkadot, bleeding heart, crown of thrones and part of my money tree since I didn't have enough for his bigger pot. I was killing them all.My poor wandering Jew had vines that were like 3ft now they are about 7 inches, it took all but two Bloons from my crown of thrones, my polkadots were losing leaves and others were turning yellow, had the same issue with my money tree but not as bad thanks to him having mostly specific soil, my bleeding heart was drooping.. you might think oh you have no idea if it was the soil but I have others like my daisy, mum, nanook and many others in other soil and no issue even though some are next to them. Once I got them in new soil and treated them they are doing better. In the last cpl of weeks my polkadots aren't suffering from the yellow or dropping leaves same with the money tree and my bleeding heart is much perkier. So definitely choose a different soil if you want something light go with back too your roots it's cheaper and will not kill your babies.
