It was the perfect gift for my daughter. She loves it and has made lots of things with it.

Inexpensive, lots of colors to make a lot of bracelets. Not a lot of variety in letters. For example, only one “A” included in either color, but received about 12 “J”s. Worked well for a toddler craft, but if you’re making bracelets for a specific thing, then you might want a larger kit.

She loved this and has been a bracelet making fool, since she opened the kit! I had to get her more stretchy cord, because she still had beads left she told me! (Chuckle) She took to this like a duck to water! Made bracelets with the names of all her favorite local bands. So... "CATTLE AXE," & "ITCHY+O," and more have been emblazoned on her arms! She didn't wait for a hint of instruction! She is 11 yo. She loved the kit but would like more black beads in it. The quality and ease of use were remarkable! She has already made at least 20- 25 bracelets in a couple of weeks. Every song, band, boy, girl or animal she likes is in a bracelet or being made as I type. The only thing I helped her with was tying the knot at the end. And even then I showed her once and she was good to go. We did buy some glue to help hold the knots. The amount and variety of beads is remarkable for the price! And the nice, plastic cases are a really great help to keep things picked up & put up when not in use. Yet quickly ready to use when she feels creative. In fact, my 11 yo has loved hers so much, I went ahead and bought a kit for my 8 yo granddaughter who lives 5 hrs away. I'll send it to her for Christmas!!! Really excellent gifts for pre-teens and down to eight year olds, I would think. The 11 yo granddaughter's friends were all making bracelets. So she wanted to try it! Really an excellent, craft kit!h
