This set came at the perfect time.
My daughter was doing math work at nursery when i saw these and thought i would get them to give to her class and they loved them, both the nursery nurses and the children got a lot of lay from these and i personally think it is something my daughter will always remember from nursery as they're made well and she and her friends all had their names on theirs.Thank you so much!

These abacuses (abacusii?) add up to something great
Bought these for a local school and they have been an instant hit with the kids. They are sturdy and see like they would hold up to a lot of abuse from the kids while functioning as you'd expectThese are an excellent way to teach maths skills.

Excellent quality
I wouldn't hesitate to gift this set to a class of young pupils at my local school because the mini abacus pieces are of excellent quality. They are well-made, sturdy, and perfect for helping young children learn basic math skills. My only wish is that the quantity of individual abacus units in a single box was slightly larger as the classes at local schools accommodate 30 pupils in each or more.

Ok
A set of 20 mini wooden abacus for young children to learn counting, addiction and subtraction. Obviously meant for a classroom which I didn’t realise. Useful to aid teaching but very expensive with todays educational finance restrictions. I will be donating them to local primary school where I’m sure they will be well used

Great set for math skills
The Learning Resources Mini 20 Bead Wooden Rekenrek Class Set is a fantastic educational tool for kids. This set of 25 mini abacuses is perfect for helping children understand numbers, counting, addition, and subtraction. The red and white beads make it easy for kids to see patterns and groupings, which is especially useful for grasping concepts like making 5 and 10.Using these rekenreks, kids can do activities on their own, building their confidence and number sense. The set includes a teacher-developed activity guide, which is a nice touch for giving ideas on how to use them effectively in the classroom. At £86.07, it feels like a solid investment for any primary school teacher or parent wanting to support their child’s maths learning. Plus, with Amazon Prime, you get free delivery and a 30-day return policy, adding extra peace of mind. Overall, a worthwhile purchase for enhancing maths education.

Perfect for early Math, sized for children, perfect for visual learners.
This set of 25 rekenrek are perfect for classroom use or group learning. They are well sized for children, safe and easy to store. My daughter in law is currently teaching children with learning disabilities and part of her week focuses on real life skills. These abacus are ideal for the children to use and a great tool to make math feel ’real’ by turning the symbol 5 for example into something they can touch, see and feel. They are also using them to count objects to generalise the skill and she’s found they work very well with some of her class who are non verbal. The children enjoy using them and find them less overwhelming, and they are ideal for her more visual learners. These 20 bead wooden abacus are well made in my opinion and the colours are helpful. The beads slide easily and make a nice clicky noise which is satisfying. They are compact, take some rough handling and are easy to use and less messy than loose counters. In my opinion they are fairly priced and ideal for teaching early math skills.I hope you find my review helpful.

Superb
Superb quality rekenrek set of 25 abacus pieces. Each piece has 20 beads and is a perfect size for little hands. Our son's teacher said they use them in their reception class regularly and they are super quality so I would definitely recommend them for a classroom setting, though they do seem quite pricey for 25 pieces.
