Good for field points
The media could not be loaded. Got these to try...I love blazers so I bought the 3.5 in. x vanes cause they are pretty much the same material and I love the adhesion of a blazer...the 3.5 in. Ones slow my arrow down significantly compared to blazer and I expected it to be slower but I didn't want it that much slower....so I got this size 2.25 and the are awsome when I shot my field points, but upon putting my fixed blade on they dosnt steer it any where near as well as the blazer.... I'm sure you could get it to work with indepth running they are a great vane and I'm sure they would be great with mechanicals....I did really enjoy shooting them on my field points.....might be psychological from looking at the sleekness compared to the blazer but they seemed more like shooting lazers with them on. I gave them a 4 star cause I personally would give a blazer a 5 star....just tried and true....I dont think you can go wrong with any bohning vane though....ill have to use the rest of these on my 4mm shafts for fun.

Great Vanes !!!
Maybe, maybe not… but I’m shooting better than ever since I’ve fletched my arrows with these vanes. The length is perfect, and I was actually able to put a slight heel on my micro diameter arrows, and they fly really straight. Really happy with this purchase

Built these over the weekend and I’m really liking the flight results. I shoot a Monster XLR8 and I’ve had a hell of a time finding the right combination of arrow spine, weight and fletching. That search is over. Shooting 300 spine gold tip, 453.7 gn arrow and 4 fletched at 90 degrees left helical. 27 13/16” arrow at 70lb draw weight. Spent a lot of time getting all 6 arrows to 453.7grains and it seems to be paying off nicely in terms of accuracy. I had to install wraps, remove factory nock and bushing to get 12.75 FOC but of u have a bow guy that knows his business, these vanes will work for you! I read that these are the preferred vanes for indoor 3D competitions. I haven’t worked my tape out to 60 yards with a crosswind but so far I’m VERY pleased with the accuracy and aesthetics!!! Definitely would recommend this to any archer that would rather hit a dime than a nickel!

Impressive.
I bought these by mistake, didn't realize how small they are. I have them on 4mm VAPs shooting from a V3X and they are amazing all the way out to 100yds with field tips even in wind.Fine for mechanicals, probably too small for broad heads but I'd still give them a try.
