Love this movie! Its on repeat at our house during the holidays

I love this movie so much, but, I notice that there are weird German language looking subtitles that randomly show up a couple times in some scenes like when at the airport or when Little Nero pizza driver truck drives up it is reading what boards say in text? Subtitles are OFF and even if I had them on, they'd be white lettering text and in English. These Subtitles appear to be in German or something? And they are colored yellow. Has anyone else seen this? Amazon, please fix. This isn't normal and seems like it would be on a pirated DVD version not on a streaming platform. I have the movie on Google Play and these words do not appear.
