Hitch Mounted eBike Rack 2-E Bike Platform - SAN HIMA Tray Style Folding Ebike Carrier with Ramp Tire Tie Down Strap Foldable for 2-inch Hitch

We purchased e-bikes, and the old bike carrier we had was not up to the task. I needed a new one in a hurry as we were about to leave on an RV vacation and wanted to take our new bikes. This one had the quickest delivery time and looked up to the task.It arrived in time. Assembly was pretty straight forward, but it helped that there were two of us. While I can lift this beast up and get it in the receiver hitch by my self, but it is best accomplished as a two person task.The ramps are a little short, making the incline angle steep, but they do help getting the bikes up and onto the ramp. I wish there was some way to tighten the rack to the receiver, and also at the pivot points, because the combined slop makes the whole rack jiggle around more than I'd like. Having said that, the bikes are secure, and it is more than up to the task of holding our two 70 lb. eBikes. It's about half the price of the big name bike carriers.

I've enjoyed this rack on 3 RV trips until our last trip to New Mexico. After leaving Amarillo TX, the rack snapped along the way. We didn't even know until we pulled into gas station where we learned we were dragging our Ebikes! Not only was the rack trash, the damage to one or our Ebikes was extensive. I'm at a loss for words. This product failure doesn't do what it says it will. Our bikes are 60 lbs a piece and we only drove on open highways.

Easy to install and very easy to use. Only drawback is one of the sliding tire strap unit slid off during travel with no bicycle attached. I have attempted to reach the manufacturer without any success.

This is a very inexpensive and solid bike rack. I put in it my 81lb and 68 lb electric bikes on it with easy and feel secure in knowing they are not going to fall off. The ramp is great and long enough to keep a nice steady incline when pushing your bike. All said and done this is a heavy piece to maneuver. The tilt down mechanics are simple to use but require two people to operate safely especially if you have 2 bikes o the rack. When mounting or removing the the rack get someone to help or get a dolly to help out. I really like this rack. The rails are wide for my fat tire bike , the ramp is easy to use and stow, holds two heavy e bikes , and the cost is great in comparison to other capable racks.

Love the ramps for loading and unloading the heavy electric bikes. The rack is a little heavy so I purchased an inexpensive hydraulic lift to store and use to attach to the hitch. I am in my 70's and this is so much easier. Have been using it for 2 years now. Had a minor issue with a part and the Vicoffroad customer service responded quickly to correct the problem. Great product!

Bought in October used maybe 4 times and the rotating locking knobs failed so we were stuck not able to tighten the bikes. For what we paid we are extremely disappointed.

We purchased this rack while on vacation in Florida. We thought the ramps would be a good idea since our 2 Lectric bikes are about 75 lbs each. The ramps are awesome! Can't tell you how many times my husband said "this is so much easier". But the ramps are only part of the reason we're giving a 5 star review. We drove home to Michigan via Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Missouri and Illinois (5,507.2 miles!). Not one problem with the hitch. We drove country boonie roads, dirt roads, hilly roads and big city streets. The hitch stayed steady and the bikes secure the whole time.

The product is really well made and heavy AF. Like 80 lbs. my ebike weighs 77 lbs. this rack would be great if my bike fit it properly but it didn’t. I almost lost my bike 3 times while driving because it wouldn’t clamp over the bar extender. Plus trying to take this on and off my Kona was a mission. Too heavy for me to even lift. If this was on the back of my truck and I had different bike I’d say go for it. The ramp was nice for loading. Unfortunately I had to send my product back. The seller refunded me quickly and Amazon even picked it up at my house because of the size and weight which was great.
