Great compact emergency light.
Good quality multipurpose light with magnetic base. Slightly pricey (but sometimes discounted) for what it is, but probably worth the expenditure. Place one in your glove box ready for immediate use in an emergency, particularly if you break down on a 'smart' motorway or other carriageway without a hard shoulder, where you may need to vacate the vehicle quickly for safety and to warn other road users.

The media could not be loaded. Emergency warning light is very bright, and buttons are made for soft rubber with I really like.Magnet is quite strong, even on my white board holds on.I really recommend this warning light, and I believe that in an emergency situation it will do great job!

Great - but needs slight improvement
The orange light on this is awesome. It’s really bright and ideal for what I need it for. The only let down are the magnets. These are three teeny magnets and not very strong at all - in fact I wouldn’t drive off with it on or it’ll be gone. Could really do with a bigger single magnet on the bottom. For that reason, I’ve knocked a star off. Shame.

I looked at other cheap options but wanted something more robust
This is well-built, with the only potential weakness being the hook if you plan to use it in a tent. However, since I’m only using it in the car, this wasn’t an issue for me.

Needed for travelling abroad
I read in one of the caravan articles that in some European countries they are moving to V-16 approved beacons instead of the reflective triangles. This is small enough to fit in the glove box and will stick to the roof, or side of the car by magnets meaning you do not have to get out in a busy road to put a triangle warning in your lane. It is quite bright even in day light but you will need to keep an eye on the batteries. They last a long time in use but no good if they have gone flat just sitting in the glove box waiting to be used.
