A little expensive, but I needed some clay asap and had run out. Good quality.
This is a low-fire, white clay that is rather easy to work with. I sculpt fairly large sculptures, and it holds up well to thin-wall hand building. My usual clay supplier was out of what I normally use, so I have bought a few bags of this Amaco clay in a pinch just to get through until my supplier has my regular clay back in stock. I have NOT tried mixing the clays from different sources, so I wouldn't recommend doing that without testing all the way through to the final test product.

Good clay for handbuilding with kids
I bought this clay for my studio and it came nice and moist and was perfect for our kids camp weeks to hand build with. It holds up nice and doesn’t fall apart easily. It’s also going to work well for our handprint impressions, rolls in to nice slabs.

Bright white, better reclaim, best price
I've purchased this clay about 5x now and it is GREAT. I mix with sand at 20% for my fire technique which turns it a bit pink to reduce cracking and it is just a great value. When I reclaim bits or trimming it turns it a bit darker from the bright white but is even better to work with. At the price and value, it is a fantastic product and will continue to buy.

Does not crack when drying
The clay is a little more plastic than others which makes it easier to work with and it drys without cracking. Not cheap with delivery costs but worth it.

Beautiful bright white finish
Not cream colored- great quality- wish it came in 50 lb blocks.

Great Clay
Works great for hand building, and running thru a slab roller. Fires well too.

Good for Pressed Tiles
For tile making, this clay is pretty darn good. The smoothness is perfect for carving the model. Then after you have made your plaster mold from the model, it presses nicely and the tiles don't warp. With most clays I have trouble with warping, but this clay seems to want to dry flat as long as you allow air to reach the backs & fronts equally. When fired to cone 05 the color is white. The photo shows freshly pressed tiles, and some that are dry and ready to fire. I haven't tried glazing this clay yet.
