Clean Look
Have an older home and the vents in the bathrooms are round. Replaced with these and looks so much cleaner and more up to date. We did have to trim the insert ring as it was a little long for our vents, but no problems. For us would have worked better as 5.5", but as I said it was easy to correct.

En general me ha gustado pero sería mejor si dejara salir algo más el aire, tiene demasiados círculos concéntricos de plástico que frenan un poco la salida de aire y podría salir mucho más. Queda plano y discreto una vez instalada.

Cost effective alternative
I use these as inlets for remote inline ventilators in bathrooms. Been using this in lieu of another brand that has a metal sleeve and strap because the cost has gotten way out of hand. So far I like these better except for the tightness of the grille which will whistle if the CFM’s are set too high. The insect screen is easily removed for indoor applications like mine.
