I haven't died yet and my blood tests all comeback normal so they must be doing something right for me. They're on the larger side, if you have trouble swallowing (quitter) then maybe opt for a chewable. I haven't chewed these but I would not recommend doing so. They look and smell like they would not taste good at all.

They smell better than most vitamins
In my experience vitamins can have a really weird smell to them, but these do not have a weird smell at all! It's actually a pleasant smell? With 150 in the bottle this is a 5 month supply at a great price. Has a lot of good vitamins packed into one tablet, and it's not even a giant hard to swallow pill either! Will buy again!
