I really like this brand of daily vitamins they work and keep all of my levels to where they need to be. I also like the small size of them because it’s an easy swallow BUT you have to take two which is defeating the purpose really. The regular ones are huge and hard to swallow that’s why I bought these to only find out you need two daily. If. Of course I can take one at a time but it should be posted. I would’ve kept with the big ones had I known.

I love this multivitamin, I don't feel drained or lazy after a week of taken these. The taste and smell is not the best but it work.

I liked this vitamin cause it doesnt have food coloring dyes in it. Well at least at my first glance like the flinstones or centrum. Like red 40, yellow 5. However, im not a fan of the flat wide pill. I think skinny is better than wide pill. I hope it makes me feel better though. Good luck.

My wife is obsessed with these, she has a very difficult time swallowing pills and these work awesome they’re not too big like horse pills, they’re very easy for her to get down. I highly recommend them if you have trouble swallowing pills. Plus they make her feel better!
