Worked perfectly! Got off wifi signal because of too much EMF and hardwired my laptop. It is faster than wifi!

Cable speeds
I needed to run an ethernet in a spare room from a switch in that room to a computer. Instead of using the WiFi which only gave me download speeds of ~185mb on my home network, I opted to run this cable above the floorboard, around my door, then back on the floorboard and eventually into the back of my cadenza to my pc. Even though it is not Cisco recommended to run cable in 90 degree turns, this cable bent easily without stretching/untwisting. Now I enjoy my 1gb Internet connection with speeds between ~850 to 970mb. Definitely recommend for your similar needs.

This cable is well made. I like the protective cover over the connectors. I seem to have fewer issues with the ethernet signal since using this cable.
