I placed on my 12 ft jon boat. I now keep a drink all the time in it! Also, I use the pole holder quite often.

Purchased for my husband and he's pleased with it.

I live these things. Holds everything I need right there by me. I get lots of complaints

This rod holder and organizer is a great addition to my 14ft fiberglass boat.It clamps on the side with no issues with its two securing parts from the inside and outside of the boat.The pole holder's angle is easily adjusted with a tightening knob, and the cup holder portion was very useful.The compartment is a bit small, but it works.The storage organizer is made of a solid metal (i'm guessing aluminum) and is very sturdy.The unit did move a bit in the beginning, and a quick tightening fixed the problem.Great addition to the side of the boat.

Doesn’t hold anything shelves to small

We have been looking for a solution to hold our drinks in my husbands boat. He didn't want to drill into the boat to put a cupholder, so the Boat Tote is pretty ideal. It goes over the rail and has 2 securing adjustments; one on the outside (hand screw) and one on the inside (only visible from underneath). Both have rubber on the parts that touch the boat so it won't scratch, and the one for the outside freely angles to try to match the slope. It didn't quite match the angle of his boat but it comes close and is still secure. The body is all metal and the top is a hard sturdy plastic. It fits a big Orca tumblr perfectly in the small cup spot (or a wine bottle - don't judge, what else am I supposed to do while he fishes?) and the larger one fits a bigger sized water bottle. There are also 2 shelves facing the inside of the boat, which will work great for my phone and/or his extra lures. The fishing rod holder is better than expected. You can angle it at any degree you want & has notches on the back to match up with a screw head for stability. The rod holder also has a hole between the rod and the body of the tote for a filet knife, which is handy. The whole thing is way sturdier than we were expecting and made in the USA - which is super important to us. I really wish we'd found this a lot earlier, it's very handy. And the husband's happy, so I'm happy. If you're on the fence - go for it.

Okay so this boat tote is definitely very nice!! It's made of a thick, quality and very durable metal, has a couple of cup holders and a little storage shelf, the best part is that it comes with a fishing pole holder and has a spot on the other side in case you want to purchase another adapter to add to the other side so you have 2 holders. It mounts easily to the side of your boat as long as there's a spot slim enough. We put it on our hybrid kayak, but looks like it would work for any smaller vessel. Been looking for something like this for my boat. I have an older boat so accessories are not easy to come by. So when I seen this, I had to try it. The box itself is super well made, very sturdy. The rod holder is molded plastic so I'm not sure how that will hold up. The rod holder is adjustable so that's nice. It's a bit to big for the rods I use so they don't sit firmly in the holder. As for the box, I believe it is designed for a more tradigital John Boat but it works pretty good on my 70's v-bottom. It doesn't sit level but it is not far off. The clamp holds securely, so not fear of it falling off! The cup holder is a good size for a can with koozie. The shelves are nice for a bit of extra storage. Plus it's quick to come off so you can move it all around the boat. Great little boat accessory.
