GOOD TO HAVE ON HAND
This is great if you run out of (or can't afford) eggs. I do find you need to use a bit more than mentioned to get some eggs going though. I mix it with frozen spinach, bacon bits and a bit of water and cook in a small round pan and make little breakfast bites. (The consistency is more like what you might buy frozen.) I will keep this on hand moving forward. I've not tried it for baking. It would be good to add into noodles too.It is a quality product, but still a bit pricey in my opinion. For me it's worth it as it will last a long time. Good to have on hand.

Good flavor and texture
I used this mix for making breakfasts when hiking. I mixed this with dehydrated bell peppers/jalapenos and freeze dried sausage. It was quite tasty and had a true scrambled egg texture when cooked correctly. If you don't cook it correctly, the texture will be very 'wet'.For cooking, I used a 750ml titanium pot. I got the water to a boil and added the mixture, extras, and seasonings. Then I simmered it for another few minutes - constantly stirring - until the mixture started to thicken. (With Ti pots and not boiling just water, you need to keep stirring or it will burn quick). I then cut the heat and let it sit for a few minutes. Almost perfect scrambled eggs in the backcountry!

Way too expensive. Insanely priced. But okay.
UPDATE: I switched to another brand that is slightly cheaper and comes in a sealed bag instead of a canister. The brand name is Cinnamonster and you can find it on Amazon. It is way better. So normally this 1 lb scrambled egg powder costs $29. Let's just round it up to $30. I can get a small 16 oz carton of Egg Beaters for $3 and I always use half of it one day and then the other half within the same week. Each half of the carton is a good size portion of scrambled eggs. Like four or more eggs. But to get the same size portion from Eggylicious, I would need to use around 1/2 cup of powder (I tried using 1/3 cup but it wasn't enough so I added a lot more, so I am estimating 1/2 cup). Well, from eyeballing it, I think that this 1 lb jar of Eggylicious only has around six 1/2 cups. Six 1/2 cups for $30, but I would only need three 16 oz cartons of Egg Beaters to get the same amount of eggs which would only cost me $9.So there you go. Pay $30 for Eggylicious or $9 for three small 16 oz cartons of Egg Beaters? Egg Beaters can't be taken on camping trips. But Egg Beaters is good for 90 days refrigerated when not open, 1 year frozen, and 7 days refrigerated if opened.About Eggylicious powder, if you are planning to make scrambled eggs, there is no way in hell that you would only use one tablespoon. You would need at least 1/3 cup, but if you are like me you might even want 1/2 cup powder. I never measure the water. I just eyeball it and mix it with the powder. It's better to have too much water than too little water, because once the eggs are almost done cooking, the extra water will separate from the scrambled eggs and then you can just tilt the pot or pan in the sink and pour out the excess water. The eggs taste decent (good).I would only buy this Eggylicious on a regular basis if you are a millionaire, and even if I were a millionaire I wouldn't like to waste money like that. I have huge anxiety and a weak body (disabled) and never like leaving my home for any reason. I am lucky if I go to the grocery store once a year in person. But when I had the choice of getting more Eggylicious or going to the store to get Egg Beaters, I chose to go to the store. I bought a bunch of small 16 oz cartons and put them in the freezer. I hope to do that every so often so I don't waste money on Eggylicious since the price of it is too insane and a 1 lb jar of powder doesn't last me long. It only lasts me six times.I don't believe that these powdered eggs don't have any saturated fat in them because they contain egg yolk. My guess is that there is probably like 0.4 grams or less of saturated fat per 1 tablespoon, and since there are around 8 tablespoons in half a cup then that means I would probably be getting around 3 grams or less of saturated fat for each portion of scrambled eggs that I make. This is a one star product because of the price. But I will bump it up to two stars because it makes good scrambled eggs. If the price was cheaper like $8 to $10 a 1 lb container, than I would give it five stars.UPDATE: The last bit of eggs I made with Eggylicious made my stomach act up a little. I guess this is something you won't notice if you don't eat a whole lot. I had a huge portion of eggs. Like a 28 oz serving. Anyway, these eggs are decent, but not where as good tasting as Egg Beaters.
