This machine is an excellent product and it works brilliantly for my fibromyalgia pains. It's got to be the best thing I've ever bought. For the first time in years while I'm using this I'm completely pain free! Love that it's simple to use, it's rechargeable, charges very quickly (under 2 hours) and the battery lasts absolutely ages. Instructions were easy to understand too. I've already recommended it to some family and friends. Thank you so much 😊

This has been such a blessing for relieving pain in shoulder, has help tremendously with a tight restriction I have with 'Globus' , (anyone with this condition should only use on the lower sides of neck). Pads have lasted a long time, serveral weeks each pair, with careful handling. The rechargable battery is boon, one recharge can last eight hours (depending on strength of pulse) Going to try it next time my sciatica flares up, I know it will such a benefit. Pulse is very strong after level 12, so take it up slowly. Lock on settings, once satisfied, then buttons wont accidently get pressed. Instant off button so much better than having to turn down wheels.

Good product,took me awhile to work out how to use, still not completely sure so stick to the preset programmes rather than the manuel ones.

Item was then delivered tracked next day.As regards the product itself this is both a TENS (pain relief) and EMS (muscle conditioning) device. As with any TENS/EMS machine, they are not suitable for everyone and indeed are contraindicated for people fitted with pacemakers. Also there are extremely important precautions to take when determining placement of electrodes e.g. don't place across head/brain, chest cavity, tumours etc. These are detailed in the user guide and in any case a qualified medical opinion is advised prior to any TENS/EMS treatment.The power output/ intensity (ultimately the machines ability to contract muscle fibres for EMS amongst other things) is user controllable up to 100 ma max, significantly higher than many of portable alternatives.During operation the machine can be as easy to use or conversely made as customised/complex as you would like. The user interface could be further simplified to make it more intuitive and the buttons could be made more sensitive however.Easy Use: Using as per clinical advice, just follow the step by step guide and select the individual pre-defined program for your requirement, by pressing attach the electrodes as directed and then increase the signal power/ intensity to the level appropriate for you. Electrode position can be adjusted during treatment by pressing the pause/power button to pause and then pressed again to recommence. Press the Pause/Power at the end of treatment to stop.For professional users there are a myriad of further adjustments that can be made to optimise treatment. Available signal modes include constant, synchronous, modulated and various other cyclical wave patterns. 'Alternate' signal settings also exists to send the impulses to each pair of electrodes alternately. Further adjustable parameters include Pulse Width (50-300µs), Freq/ Rate (2-150Hz), Burst Freq (0.5-5Hz), Cycle Time (1-10sec), Ramp (1-8sec), On Time (2-90sec), Off Time (2-90sec) and Timer (min). Just to reiterate though, for those requiring basic functionality, the pre-defined values for all possible variables are already inputed for you in the existing 24 programs, so you don't necessarily need to go there!Should you need a robust and fully capable TENS/EMS device this is probably it; the exception maybe being if you were looking to concurrently muscle tone multiple areas of the body, then you may consider the time saving of the 4 channel EV906 to be worth the additional cost.

I have already bought another 2 of these for my father and granny. It helps with all the forms of muscular and nervous pain, we used it for shoulder/neck pain, hips pain and back problems. One statement to describe this = saved a lot of money and hassle as it completely replaced need for physio regular appointments! Also the fact it has preprogrammed settings and clear instructions where to place electrodes makes it easy to use.

I find this on the whole to be an excellant product. The issue I have with it is that it has a built in Lithium battery that has to be charged by a USB cable. I am unable to use the product when it is charging. There is no visual indication of the state of the battery so it can suddenly stop working and then I have to wait 2+ hours for it to recharge. It would have been better if I had been able to swap the depleted battery for a full one. I quite happy to charge via an internal charger, but I can not manage this in a usable way.

This was my second tense machine.I used Lloyd’s own brand for many years. I both one from them for £50 discounted from £100. This was over 10 years ago, and that machine served me very well until finally give up.As a fibromyalgia sufferers o value this kind of pain relief.So I knew I don’t want a cheap TENS machine as I wanted it to work well and to last long.Unfortunately after trying all the programmes this machine offers I am barely able to use one or two on the lower settings.So it don’t Actually give me pain relief, it’s just a tingle.The machine been sitting in the wardrobe inside for months.I wish I did better research as night it for around £70.This wasted £70.Even my partner (otherwise healthy) had a small back pain and when he used it he said it was more painful to use it.It felt like someone was sending electronic shocks down his back. He had to stop it.I’m not sure if I received a faulty one or this is just how this machine is.But it was very painful to use this machine.Save yourself money and buy something cheaper or totally different brand.
