Olympus 2 GB XD M+ Memory Card

I bought these cards for my FujiFilm S7000, the manual states that the max capacity is 1GB, but both of these 2GB cards work fine in the camera(as does a 2GB compact Flash card btw, although it won't recognise a 4GB cf card). The cards can hold the following number of pictures: 3824@1M, 2868@2M, 2390@3M, 1220@6M, 754@12M (N) and 379@12M (F). I have the camera set for 6M (Million) pixels.I have just bought another 4 2GB cards, all working fine on the PC and camera.

The xD card I ordered from Amazon (and had ordered previously) is a good product - with my digital slr camera it will hold around 800 images. My only criticism is not of the product, but that no other generally available make of camera uses this card - they all use sD instead, which means that xD cards have to be bought through the internet as no longer available in stores.

I ordered this item as I was just about to go on holiday to New York and needed another card to back up my existing one as I intended to take 100s of pics. Although I wanted the 4GB card I was more than pleased with the 2GB version which produced clear and adequate images. Loved the little plastic case it came with. Also delighted with the price as the last card I purchased was almost double the cost.

Ordered this 2gb memory card for my wife's camera as we were going to America and knew she would be taking loads of photos. Arrived in good time, earlier than anticipated in fact, and was used until it it filled up. It actually held more images than expected as my wife says that the camera reading when the blank card was inserted said 850 images but when she uploaded the card onto the computer after we got back the computer read 970 images. At the end of the day, it's a memory card and does exactly what it says it can do. Simples!

I use this card for my Fuji F30 camera and it works fine, accommodates hundreds of shots on the highest resolution, or a 30 min. of a video. The only downside is that it is noticeably slower than the Fuji 1GB type H card I used to use (type H does not seem to be available any more)

It was exactly what I needed the seller was great. I would say though that Amazon is not all that clear when you are a first time buyer and they suggest you buy things others bought with a product. The first memory card I bought to go with my camera was the wrong one and it took ages to work out exactly what I did need - more helpful info would be good. This is frustrating but I can't fault the seller for actual service in providing this one.

The cards, although cheap, did not store the photos and films properly- some photos appeared split; some films would not play back.
