Polar G-Series Countertop Ice Machine 20kg Output

This item was bought for a 20 bedroom hotel with busy bar. It's been installed a few days now and keeps up great, having alot more capacity than most machines. In any event when the machine gives a full warning we bag some up and put it in the freezer just to be on the safe side. It is very well construction and produces a quiet hum when running. It's easy to clean and comes with the scoop, waste pipe (though this is only to catch any melted ice in the tray) and stanard 3/4" BSP water hose fitting (as well as clear illustrated instructions in english). Installation takes just a couple of minutes, you just need a standard washing machine/dishwasher water outlet and somewhere to loose the waste (which is slightly smaller than a standard washing machine waste but can still squeeze onto a washing machine/dishwasher waste hose connection under the sink nonetheless). The hoses are good quality and are around 1.5 to 2m long which was sufficient for our needs. We mistakenly fitted this without the provided rubber feet and this caused a very small vibration on the countertop (which also had glasses on!) - so we reinstalled using the supplied feet which I recommend anyone else does, as it also allows you to clean under the machine and makes it easier to use. The item arrived next day after ordering and was strapped and palletised, so is well protected in transit. All in we were very pleased and thought it was a great price for a great item!

There is a damage on the corner so what can I do please let me know asap

Thank you for coming into our rescue during much needed time.This ice maker is a very precious item especially in my country in South Africa because its too hot and no more buying of ice cubes from any dealer.I have my own ice maker.People always ask my daughter where and how much did she pay for it. She always says its a blessing to have someone like my mother.She would not be able to buy it.She complements it every day that she does not have to buy the ice. ice machine now plumbed in and working

This product is perfect for our purposes and we have no issues with the product as such. However, it arrived in a battered state with the top, crunched in. We know that it can easily be returned and replaced but because we are now at our busiest Christmas period we cannot be without it. One of our maintenance team has looked at it and if a replacement top section could be dispatched we could fit it. We are pretty certain it didn't leave Amazon like this (why would it) so I think you may need to look critically at your delivery system and see if this could be avoided in the future.

This ice maker has replaced a larger whirlpool ice maker which after 30 years service proved to be unrepairable. So far after about a months use the polar machine has worked flawlessly, and was easy to set up . Let's hope for another 30 years.

This product is absolutely terrible. Really wanted it to be good. The first one we followed the instructions and left it 24 hours for the gasses to settle. Then switched it on. As per a previous review on Amazon the ice cubes were swimming in water, and the machine discharged about 30 litres of excess water during 24 hours via the overflow pipe. Anyway, thought it was just whilst it was stabilizing, so gave it chance. It continued to produce excess water so we returned it via Hermes.Then bought it again, as we thought we had bought a "bad one". The 2nd was just as bad, so sadly we have returned it again.This product is terrible- avoid.
