So comfortable when pumping. The hard plastic on the Spectra flanges was irritating my skin. No issues with these ans perfect size without having to use an insert.Only Con is the flange is not connected to the cap part. Makes washing easy but they have come apart a few times when moving while pumping

My wife loved these over the hard plastic ones that came with the Spectra. These allowed for a better seal, less leakage, and were also more comfortable for her.

**UPDATE**The seller reached out to me after this review, and wanted to make things right. They sent me replacement parts. Their customer service is great, so I will give the product another shot!I used these every day for about 3 weeks and the silicone around the flange started to come off on one of them. I wouldn’t recommend for that reason!

Had these for 2 days…. The silicone was why I bought them compared to others as thought it would be more comfortable. While that was the case the rubber part on both broke after a few uses. Then hard plastic pinched and will need to throw away once new comes in. Does not stand up to long term use, at least for myself.

While they lasted these flanges with silicon edges were great. However within a month the silicon torn away from the plastic. At first they were still usable but then quickly the two parts totally separated and there was no suction.

I recently got the spectra and needed 21mm instead of the 24/28mm it came with. I found this one in a bind!Pros: comfortable and self explanatory on how to put it together.Cons: it’s very stiff. You need to apply force to get the flange into place. It almost feels like it’s going to snap apart in your hands with how much force you gotta apply to get the pieces together.

Fits well with my spectra pump parts!! The soft outer rim adds comfort. I needed small flanges so I ordered these in a 21, and they work good.

So disappointed. The soft rim shield has detached. I had one set for awhile so I thought it was due to wear and tear. I bought two additional new sets and within a week they both were defective. Being a pump accessory I am not allowed to return it. What a waste of money as a new mom who is a primarily pumping. Will not purchase again
