The colors are little more subdued than what is pictured, but it makes up for vibrancy with softness and pure nostalgia. Unfortunately, I haven't gotten to use it much, since my kid cuddled with it once, and has commandeered it as necessary for his bedtime routine. (It is ridiculously soft.)
