Good Support and Easy on the Heels
So these insoles do provide good arch support as seen in the pictures I have included. The blue cushioning mid-layer is very soft and not too thick. I think having this mid layer just a little bit thicker would be better for me in my opinion and would not hurt. Although the heels areas do have a lot more cushioning than the front toes ends. The bottom black rubber layer is a little harder along the heels and arch support areas with more flexibility towards the front underneath the toes. I had to trim this area a little, about 1/4", to fit into one of my pair of size 9 shoes. It's just my preference to cut so these will fit in this particular pair of shoes the way I wanted that's all. Other than that, these fit perfectly for my other pairs without trimming. The fabric layer is very durable and easy to clean or wash and air dry.It is recommended by ORTHOS to break into these and to slowly build-up the comfort level. Starting with just 2 hours of wearing on the first day and then increase by an hour thereafter on each of the following days for a total of two weeks to really get the full benefit from these Orthotic shoe insoles. The other reason for this slow or increment wearing is to reduce harmful side effects since wearing orthotics insoles too quickly may cause minor muscle and joint discomfort according to the included label. For me, so far so good, looking forward to wearing these one day at a time. Great arch support!

It's pretty comfy
Product Review: ORTHOS Orthotic Replacement Shoe Insoles - USA Made - Breathable Full Length Feet Insoles with Shock Absorption for Arch Support, Flat Feet, Heel Spurs, Plantar FasciitisOkay well these insoles came sized just perfect for my shoes. It's a great fit, as long as you are able to remove the existing insole. I put it on top of the existing one, and it is basically too tight of a fit when I slide in my feet.I also had an odor eater in there as well. Thankfully, my shoes do have removeable insoles and after taking everything out except for this, it feels just right.I think the added arch support makes a nice difference, since I do have a low arch. I walked a few miles to test it, and it's comfortable.Overall it's worth it. Recommended.

Seem to work well with my plantar fasciitis
If you've never had plantar fasciitis, consider yourself lucky. It's a nasty condition where your heel feels like a spike is being driven into your flesh every time you take a step. It's miserable, and I've tried just about everything to make this go away. The best soles I have found are by Easy Street, and I've put those in most of my shoes. I recently got a pair of Keen that are advised for wear by people with plantar fasciitis and I added the ORTHOS Orthotic Replacement Shoe Insoles and they've worked pretty well. I think the Easy Street soles are a little better because the arch, while neutral, is a little more dramatic. The Orthos offer almost as much support, and they work, although they are almost 3 times the price of Easy Street.Overall, the Ortho insoles work well enough, but they are quite expensive compared to the competion.
