I’ve used a few different brands of Japanese Knotweed trans resveratrol and I think this one is the most consistent in its content. My general health has improved, fewer pain killers, less stiff and more energy. I’ve recently changed to the added Q10 enzyme, also a powerful antioxidant, and I believe it’s even better now. .Everything useful in one capsule, saving time and money. I have been taking it regularly for about six months now, and in spite of sometimes forgetting to take the second daily dose, I think it has made a difference to my health in many ways.

I was already using a type of Vitamin B3 supplements which had drastically improved my energy levels, mental alertness, memory, and motivation to do things. I read reports that one gets more benefits by using the B3 alongside Trans-Resveratrol. I picked on this product after reading some reviews - both positive and negative. I am not sure if there has been any additional benefits yet to what I was experiencing with the B3 alone. I have been using this product for three weeks now. The most noticeable change is that I no longer experience pain in my leg - the pain that I usually experienced on waking up in the morning. I had fractured my foot six years ago and have had the pain all along though medics said the fracture had recovered. I am not sure what effect Trans-Resveratrol does but I can only attribute the lessening of pain to its use . So for now, I give a 3 star.

These gave me extra energy but made me feel tired and wired. I started taking 2 a day morning and evening but couldn't sleep so cut back to one in the morning. I stopped it for a couple of days and slept well . Tried them again and had insomnia again.I will stop them for a while and try again at a later date. I can have reactions to some supplements and it's not a reflection of the quality of the supplement. Love this brand used their B complex for quite a while with no reaction

Prompt delivery, well packaged, this is the third one of these i've had. Each time i take them i notice my skin condition improves, the small blister sores that come & don't go away after months years suddenly fade & disappear while taking these. The first few days i always find that i have a bit of an upset stomach though that settles after a week or so. The tablets are quite large though fine to swallow with a drink.

I've started to use it a not long time ago, but already I feel and look better! For sure I will order again.

These fit in letterbox. Have bought them a few times. Apart from the Resveratrol,. the other included vitamins are a good combination, and save me taking so many different ones. Will continue buying.

I have never seen a supplement bottle or box or a sealed sack as in this case, without listing the size (weight) of the dose in Milligrams!What’s the size of one Resveratrol capsule?
