Pricey but worth investment. Absolutely no after taste
Spouse cannot have any salt due to severe cardiac problems. We have tried numerous salt substitutes with thumbs down on all except for No Salt! This product has absolutely no after taste. I use in same proportion as regular salt in baking, roasting and cooking. The only thing I add a bit more is when I’m cooking raw pasta. My husband can now enjoy eating again, poorly salted and seasoned prime rib a thing of the past. This is well worth the investment.

Healthy potassium boost
If you have kidney failure, consult a doctor before using any salt substitute. For the rest of us, using a product like this gives you a dose of potassium, about what you would get from a banana. It's potassium salt. If you still eat salt in your diet, you may not like this stuff, because it's a little different in taste. If you are on a very strict no-salt diet, it will taste fine. I do not eat salt at all, as I can control my high blood pressure without drugs, by simply avoiding all salt. Because I never eat any salt at all, this product is a nice addition to certain foods. I also use it to bake bread. I use about half as much of My Salt as I would normally use regular salt in the recipe. The bread turns out great every time.

Great salt substitute
I first got acquainted with this brand through a free sample I got, the onion salt flavor. I loved it! Decided to try the other flavors from this brand and they haven't disappointed, they taste good and are plenty salty for what I need. My only complaint would be that I wish the "salt" grain were a bit finer so it would stick better to foods like popcorn or fries. Otherwise great product.

NOPE !!!
Uggg, I’m so tired of wasting my money on the various salt substitutes that are salt free.Out of the box, I tried a little plain. Nope! Just gross & the aftertaste 🤮 But unwilling to give up without a fight, I decided to mix a tiny bit to a small bite of premade food. I mean less than 1/8 teaspoon. Because ultimately I’m looking for something decent to cook with. Again - not really. It didn’t have that horrible aftertaste as plain. But it didn’t have a very salty taste. Understand that most of the time I don’t use any salt so I should have gotten more taste than that. So I tried again doubling the substitute and cutting down the bite size to tiny. Same- no aftertaste but barely tasted salty.I give up! I’m not going to risk ruining an entire meal to try to cook with it.That’s it! I’m done. NO MORE TRYING AT MY EXPENSE!!!

I can feel my high blood pressure dropped
It's working! You don't know what high blood pressure feels like until it goes down. Lol Hey, we are so accustomed to the salt taste, that I cannot honestly say what this taste like. It's the new salt taste I guess. You get use to this , and if you observe low to no sodium 5 days per week, a weekend with salt and friends is ok. Canned soup was primarily the culprit with me. I should have known that the buy one get one weekly Canned soup deals were too good to be healthy. And they were so convenient, a seasoned meal in a can. But since I eliminated Canned soup and started using this salt substitute, I can feel the difference.

Tastes like chemicals
If you're looking for a salt substitute, this is not it! It tastes bad and ruined a beautiful chicken breast because I "salted" with Mysalt. Tossed the bottle in the trash.
