I have severe arthritis in both hips and my pelvis. This cushion is the perfect angle and firmness to ensure I’m sitting correctly and comfortably. I’ve just ordered a second one to go in the car.

Works like a dream for me, hurray. I've had sciatica for the first time in my life driving my BMW 5 series (not so bad or not at all in other cars) over the last 18 months and it's been agony. Not a twinge in the last 3 days after driving for about six hours. Bliss. Quite firm and not that comfortable but that's a small price to pay. Doesn't get 5 stars from me as it's a bit expensive for a wedge shaped piece of foam and a cover but I went for one that had good reviews and they were right.

I've been using this posture wedge pillow over the past 24h in different seats. It's made a real difference already, I got a much better night's sleep with almost no leg pain. My biggest problem was my sofas which are too soft, too deep and too low, causing terrible hip and thigh pain which kept me awake at night. So it was either the cushion or spend a fortune changing furniture. Cushion is the best buy ever. I'm using at my desk as well, I feel my mobility over all has really improved. I guess it might squidge down over time , hopefully not too soon, but I will get another one if that day comes as I can't do without it.

It’s too soft for me: not sure how it would last so returned it but for many it’ll be good. Good height as unfortunately it’s the maximum available on the market. Would like a higher one due to poorly designed seating such a car’s which give poor tilt and cause pain in lower back

I've only made one journey with the seat in place so far but it seems excellent. My position for driving is so much better and I feel I have better visibility because it raises me up.

Enables you to have correct posture when sitting . Great for seats that slope backwards like car seats . Your knees are lower than your hips which is great for back problems. It's firm but gives a little so very comfortable.

I bought this cushion filler to help alleviate Sciatica problems I experience when driving my Porsche Boxster. It is certainly much better than before so tick in the box for that. Only minor criticism is the seat cushion keeps moving about when you get in and out and would benefit from an elastic strap which you could tighten around the back of the seat.

Worked for me on very long journey in uncomfy car seat. Didn't get lower back pain or have to get out the car to do Pilates moves to ease back tension! Makes you sit taller in the car so if you're tall it might make you reach car roof. Though all cars are different that might just be in mine. looks like you can remove the cover to wash it, though not tried it. Cover is grey / beige / neutrally coloured so blends with the average car seat.
