Great for cutting larger pieces of meat
Great breaker knife. I have started to save money by buying larger pieces of meat and use this knife to cut the larger pieces of meat to the cooking size. The handle is comfortable to grip and doesn't slip out of my hand.

Good knife
This knife came sharp outta box but didn't hold edge long so that you'll need to know how to use a professional knife steel to straighten the edge to it's original keen sharpness. The knifes finish is so nice that I don't want to scratch it with stones or the electric type grinders. I'm a professional meat cutter for a national chain and can get many years from it.

Super sharp
Wow!!!! I have really found a perfect knife for my kitchen. Cuts like a dream and extremely sharp. Perfect for filet's. It's a hands off this is mine kind of knife.

Factory Dull
This knife is only earning a 3 star because of its price and prime availability. It’s the only reason I ordered it over the equivalent victoronox which is roughly twice the price.You’re definitely getting what you pay for with this knife though. It comes from the factory pretty dull and rapidly gets worse from there.This knife was unable to easily slice a chuck roast I had made for a party, but my shun slicing knife which I have not sharpened in 2 years made very short work of it.If you don’t need a knife tomorrow you should buy the victoronox version.

Quality Steel Knife
This is high quality steel. The knife sharpens easily and holds an edge after cutting through bone, cartiladge and flesh. As with any steel knife, you will need to re-sharpen and/or hone your knife, but you will be pleased with the resilience of the steel. You will keep this knife for years to come.I bought this because my ceramic knife splintered into pieces when I was cutting through a beef T-bone rib steak. Trust me, you need a steel knife to do any butchering.

Super sharp.
Saw these type of knives in videos for cutting up meats, but they can be super expensive. I gave this one a try and I am very happy with the quality. Super sharp, it goes through meats like butter. Can't beat the price!
