I began weight lifting and got that pesky tennis elbow. For the left elbow. I Hold the bar up left hand bottom right hand top twist then both arms straight. Hold for as long as possible. The pain went away for me eventually. I get soreness less and less often. Build up hold time as the muscles strengthen. Do several times a day. Do the opposite for the other arm as well will strengthen opposite twist muscles. Watch videos for what you may need or your Dr. Or PT. This is just what worked for me. Hope this helps.

You must remove the inner bar in one direction only or it gets stuck and you will swear and the person who helps you to remove it will swear. BUT if you learn that trick it works great. I can do my PT exercises at different resistances.I don't understand why they make the inserts a slight bit bigger from one end to the other

Needed to do some rehab for my wrist muscles (tennis elbow). Was stunned how expensive other brands of flex bars were. This seemed like a terrific value since it includes 3 bars that can be combined to give me a variety of resistance. They have worked out great! A very fair price for all I need to rehab my forearm.PROS:- Variety of sizes and resistance- Very reasonable price (a little more than what 1 bar often costs)- Good grip on the bars- Works in rehab exercisesCONS:- Not uniform diameter for each bar (but well within my hand grip)- Some people had issues with inserting smaller bars into big one (I did not have any problems)SUMMARY:A wonderful addition as a tool for help with rehabbing any wrist/forearm issues. All at a good price with great versatility. Would buy again if needed.

My occupational therapist recommended this. I was disappointed that they weren't weighed at all. And material seemed like it will get brittle over time. So great price but not great value.

These are great to strengthen your body on your time. Looks like they are made well and hopefully I will regain strength from using them

Bought this about four months ago to go to work on a case of golfer's elbow. First off, the product is holding up well. Even though daily use still provides plenty of resistance. Grippy outside surface so it does not slip in your hands.Good product at a good price.
