Yes it works perfectly with my midi keyboard 😃 😊The set up I have is ipad connected OTG adapterI also have my Midi Keyboard connected OTG adapter " The ipad powers the Midi Keyboard 👌( yes it works with the ipad software app) and is running fineAnd I have the audio output from the OTG adapter connected to my Talbox 👌If I wasn't using my TalkBox , I could still use the audio output to go into stereo speakers.Thanks 😊 PERFECTI hope this helps anyone who is looking to buy this for there setup and wasn't to sure if it worked , well now you know it does 😀

I wanted to connect my iPad to a keyboard without midi. Also to learn to play using lessons online using my earphones so as not to disturb other people. My problem was the keyboard only had one earphone socket. Using this product and incorporating a cable splitter on the earphone side I was able to do this I did have a slight hiss through the earphone in between tracks so I connected what they call a ground loop which I also bought off Amazon which was easy enough to do, I’m also able to charge the iPad at the same time so it’s a win win and definitely five stars.
