Finally A chair tall enough yet super cute love it

Ordered this chair to replace my 20 year old office chair that was on it's last leg. The chair was shipped quickly and the packaging was very protective of the contents. Once I got it assembled and adjusted to having a chair at the proper height again I fell in love with the chair. It's just the right height, and the padding supports but has just enough give to let you sink into a conformable seating position. If you a bigger guy (or gal) like me the chair is roomy, solidly built, and comfortable.Pro Tip for anyone buying this chair, make sure to leave one arm rest loose when you attach the backrest, it's much easier than trying to wedge the backrest in-between the armrests when they are tightened down. I had to learn that lesson the hard way after a long day at work.On the customer service, I ran into to an issue when I was assembling the chair where one of the backrest screws wouldn't thread in all the way leading to the backrest being loose. I contacted the seller via the amazon contact tool with a description and picture of the issue, to my surprise less than 10 hours later I not only had a response but a resolution and a replacement was being shipped to me. The replacement arrived faster than the original order and I'm now enjoying my new chair.I will definitely recommend this chair to others, and with customer service like this you have no need to worry if you run into any issues.

Super easy to put together. Comes with all the tools you need and a helpful step by step pamphlet. I got the pink color and it is very pretty in person. It is wide so its good for plus size people. You can move the arms rests up and down which is helpful. It doesn't lean super far back but I don't mind that too much. It doesn't squeak so far but we'll see if that changes. It really does feel like you're sitting on a couch in my opinion. I work from home 8 hours a day and am looking forward to using it daily.

First, I spend a large majority of my time working at my computer (Avg 12 hrs per day). Over the years, I've had over a dozen "XL" type chairs claiming comfort, support, functionality, adjustability, etc.I've never found a chair with all of the right features and comfort - whether office or home. After the simple setup, I eased into this attractive piece of kit and IMMEDIATELY knew I'd finally found "THE ONE". I really can't speak highly enough about it. It's very attractive, cushy, adjustable, rocks, arm rests are in perfect location, etc. It has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. I use it in my home office but will buy another for my office because it looks quite impressive, too. In fact, it looks far more expensive than it is... So happy with this purchase. Very pleased with this chair! When it arrived, I was anticipating a difficult time putting it together based on my experience with similar chairs, however the assembly went quite well. The hardest part of the assembly process is lining up the back with the holes for the screws. I had an easier time with this part of the assembly than expected. HINT: When you put the arms on the chair, don't tighten them. This allows you to be get some extra space to properly line up the screws with the holes. Just tighten up everything after you have accomplished getting the back screwed in. Total assembly time was about an hour, and I took my time. Now, regarding the comfort of the chair. It is extremely comfortable and since it is designed for larger people, you aren't staining against the sides. I work for hours at a time at my computer and after nearly two weeks of use, I'm not experiencing any fatigue from sitting at this chair. So great job on that! It's very sturdy. I do not use the recline function, so I can't comment on it. I wanted a nice comfortable chair and this chair fits the bill. Highly recommend!

Chair was easy to put together with clear instructions and it functions ok but it is not comfortable. As a plus size person with a curvy back side there really isnt a space for my booty to be and still have lumbar support. i have to use pillows and they obviously dont stay in place. Sitting in the chair for extended periods of time is challenging. I didnt return bc of the hassle of disassembling and repacking it. Its functional but I wish I would have put the $ towards a more cushy/comfy chair. Fabric is nice as is the color.

"Waterfall Seat" and lack of tilt means that this chair cannot be adjusted for tilt. This chair is DESIGNED to be tilted forward. I cannot sit in it. I have tried everything. Cushions, adding a rolled up towel under my knees, this chair is designed like a sliding board and my back and legs are jacked from trying to hold myself in place. I am DONE wrestling with this chair.Sitting in a chair should not require having to brace yourself to stop from spilling on the floor. No one can maintain that for hours. This is a terrible chair.

I am 5’11ish” about 200 pds and very particular about my desk chairs. My particulars are, I like cloth seats, fold away arms for say playing guitar when not using the computer, heavy duty so they last, obviously I want comfort and it to be simple without too many unnecessary features that could go wrong such as massage. This chair meets and exceeds my expectations in all areas. I am very happy with the quality, sturdy construction and comfort. I am surprised at how the back fits me so perfectly. And how high the headrest is. It is all the way up to my head and also positioned perfectly. The mechanics work very well. The recline is not too much. And it was a great value price for the features. I feel like it will last a long time based on what I see out of the box. Even the instructions blew me away. They are simple but effective and the packaging made it so easy to do by myself, quickly and without any frustrations. For me this chair is as close to perfect as it can be.
