I personally really like this mascara, but docked it a star because I just didn't get those "dramatically long, thick, and luscious lashes." I went over my lashes quite a few times to get a nice cover. It wasn't clumpy at all, so that is nice. I like a more natural look, and this mascara does that. It stayed on all day without smudging or running, and I like the ingredients. My eyes are very sensitive, and so far, this mascara hasn't upset them at all.

FIRST, THIS MASCARA EVEN WITH SEVERAL COATS HAS VERY MINIMAL ‘COVERAGE’ AS COMPARED WITH ORDINARY MASCARA. SECOND, IT GIVES ME RACCOON EYES WITH A FEW HOURS. JUST SMUDGES OFF.ANY CHEAP MASCARA DOES A BETTER JOB. I AM GOING TO TRY USING IT AS A ‘BASE’, THEN PUT PRIMER AND THEN REGULAR MASCARA.MAYBE THE SUPPOSED BENEFITS OF THIS ‘GROWTH” SERUM WILL WORK.SAVE YOUR MONEY.

This combo mascara/lash serum glides on so smoothly and leaves no clumps. I'm not into dramatic lashes and instead prefer a natural look. This mascara does a great job accomplishing that! I also love that you can easily layer it to get a bit more thickness/length. Like other reviewers have said, it does smudge a bit if you're not careful. I don't wear mascara often so when I do, I usually forget and rub my eyes. This mascara doesn't hold up to rubbing your eyes, but before that, it stayed put just fine. On the whole, I really like it as a mascara, though I can see why it's not for everyone.

I was excited to try this mascara, since a combo of lash serum and lengthening mascara sounds like a fantastic idea. I have been wearing it for a few days, and I have to say I don't love it. I have very long light blonde eyelashes, so mascara is my number one cosmetic necessity, and I've tried a ton of different brands from drugstores to luxury brands. Normally a mascara that is described as creating "dramatically long thick and luscious lashes" will make my eyelashes look almost like falsies; the effect would be dramatic. This mascara didn't do that at all.I think the issue is both the formula and the brush. The spoolie is very narrow, and the bristles on it are widely set apart in rows. The product is thin. Combine these two and you have a mascara that is difficult to apply. It goes on very thin. Instructions say to keep layering until you get the effect you want. I did about 6-7 layers (which takes way too much time, in my opinion) and never did achieve a good effect. I ended up with my lashes looking thin, sparse with random clumps. I have tried and tried to get it on the tips of my lashes and for some reason it just won't apply well there. The base of my lashes turns out dense with product, the tips with barely any product in some spots. The mascara dries hard, not flexible at all, and though it does not melt or smudge and give you raccoon eyes, it does tend to slightly flake off and leave tiny bits of black under the eyes. It washes off easily with soap and water.I can't say anything about the serum effect with this, since I've only used it for a few days. I guess if you need the serum and like the concept of serum + mascara, and you don't really care if this makes your lashes look long and thick, then go for it. Seems like a convenient way to get serum on your lashes. But if your main goal is to have thick long lashes and the serum is just a nice added benefit (which is my case), then maybe not the product you're looking for.

I don't miss mascara in my daily makeup because I like the darker and thicker look it gives my eyes. This one does give a darker and thicker appearance, but not as long as it claims. It's not the best I've ever tried, but it's adequate for daily use. It's not smudge-proof, and removing it is a pain.

I got this yesterday and used it last night when I went out, and I'm replacing my current mascara with this one! I really like the thinner brush (I don't have long lashes so the thinner brush works better to get down to the root for full coverage). Applied easily with no clumping. Lasted the night and then some. Would purchase again.

nothing special about this mascara. In fact, I don't like it at all. It smells funny, application is difficult (weird texture), and it ends up straightening out my lashes after I curl them. thumbs down
