Update: After I posted my review the company reached out to me and offered me a refund despite being past the refund date. I was pleased they offered this. I answered their questions but unfortunately it has been a month and I still haven’t received a refund.I ordered this for my AS 10 as a back-up for vacations. I tried to use the cord for the first time today and it doesn’t work. The light on the power source goes on when plugged into the outlet, but goes out when I plug it into my CPAP. We double checked the power specs for the AS 10 vs the power supply and they match. I obviously got a bad product, but unfortunately it is now too late to return. I do not recommend. If you do decide to purchase, check that it works as soon as you receive it. Sleepless nights ahead for me.

This is a replacement for the 1st one I ordered that didn't work. This one works good. Once notified of the non working AC Adapter, a new one was sent immediately. I would order from them again if needed.

The "box" first of all is the only thing that was sent. How can I use something if I don't have everything needed to make it work. If I were you I would NOT take a chance.

My other plug in was so loose, if I touched it out would come undone. I would have to get it back and prop it up to stay stable. This one is very tight and stays plugged in.
