Delicious! It’s has a pleasantly strong wheat flavor, in a good way and holds its shape which I really like. I love whole wheat products like this that are hearty and taste like what they are. Healthy too!

Great product, slow shipping
The taste and texture was perfect for the recipe I was making (a cold asparagus and tomato pasta salad) but the Amazon 2-day shipping turned into 5 days… not the end of the world, but I’m glad I wasn’t in a time crunch. It is rather expensive for pasta, but I didn’t have time to search multiple stores locally.
