Extremely Disappointed with Samsung AC - Unresolved Issues, Poor Customer Support
I am writing this review with a heavy heart to express my extreme disappointment with the Samsung AC that I purchased from Amazon.com on 1 month ago and the ac stop working within a month. The experience I have had with this product and the subsequent customer support has been nothing short of a nightmare.First and foremost, the AC unit I received turned out to be defective. Despite my high expectations from the renowned Samsung brand, the product failed to deliver even basic functionality. The frustration began when I contacted Samsung's customer support, hoping for a swift resolution to the problem. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a long and arduous journey.Over the course of several weeks, I have made countless calls and followed up persistently with Samsung's customer support team. While they appeared initially responsive, the actions taken by the support team have been ineffective and disappointing. The technicians sent to my residence were unable to resolve the issue during their visits, leaving me with an unusable AC unit.What adds to the frustration is the lack of accountability and ownership displayed by Samsung. It is disheartening to invest hard-earned money in a product that fails to function properly and then have to endure a prolonged and ineffective customer support process. The continuous promises of resolution, followed by further delays and ineffective attempts at repair, have left me feeling betrayed as a customer.I strongly urge potential buyers to reconsider purchasing any Samsung AC units based on my experience. Impressive... Smooth....
Samsung Convertible,1.5 Ton AC - Firstly the delivery was done properly and the installation was arranged immediately the day after. It's been a week using the AC, it works just Fine. The Noise level is low. Cools down the room within 2-3 minutes. The Outer unit is very big like that of a 2 Ton AC. The look and size of the inner unit is very good and sleek.Few Cons - no option for horizontal swing, no backlight on the Remote. But these can be managed and aren't much of a issue. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the Air Conditioner. I would recommend anyone who's wanting to buy the same. I will update my review after few months.

Size is small like 1 ton ac - Indoor and Outdoor Both
Just Installed- ReviewAC is good feature wise , coolong wise and quality wise however size is too small, looks like 1 ton AC , doesnt look like 1.5 ton AC.Daikin and Ogeneral are very powerful AC but maintenance wise small players like lg, samsung, lloyd, etc win the competition... Mistubishi, OGeneral and Daikin are far better in performance. And expensive as well.So it is good only upto 140sq ft area, better to go for carrier or bluestar if area is bigger yhan 140 sq ftFilter is on top(not in front) and very thin which is not good and technican asked to clean filter evry1 month where as other Ac's u can clean evry 4-6 months.

Brought 2 Ac's no issues till date
Windfree mode helps in cooling the room uniformly unlinke all the rest of models also you won't get sneezing or allergy as the temperature drops gradually when in Windfree . Value for money and no leakage or any issues works well does the job will buy the same updated version again as I'm impressed.

Funky technology product
Windless is something new and quiet feature, apart from that everything is as normal AC. WINDLESS is super duper silent and can barely figure out if the AC is on or off. GOOD for those who like quiter environment along with cooling.

Waste of money
I am writing my review after 1.5years of usage. This is completely useless product. Samsung completely sucks when it comes to service.10 months after the purchase cooling is completely gone. I have raised complaint and service team told gas was exhausted completely. I wonder how did it happen again they refilled the gas and it covered within warranty. Soon after 2months of service cooling has gone again . I have raised complaint, service team told gas is 45% left and warranty period is over by that time. This is frustrating within a year 2times gas has exhausted for no reason.Each time you request a service it will take minimum 10-15days to complete your request. I felt regret for purchasing the samsung product for the first time. Please don't buy samsung AC. instead, you purchase LG or Lloyd which has much better service.

Samsung 1.5 ton 5 in one
Cooling is good but some noise if noise mode off is completely silent cooling is slow and mode option is excellent we have chose to which mode use 40 60 80 100 120 for 0.75 ton to above 1.5 ton is excellent feature. And also how much usage power unit 2 hour usage in 40 mode just 1 unit use. Is to good feature cooling also good.
